Because its the federal government overstepping its boundaries. Forcing small businesses to lay people off or pay a fine for not giving employees full healthcare coverage. Adding way more to the deficit ( 1.2 trillion in the first year if I recall). The best possible outcome is the same amount of people are covered, but 20 million more are covered under Medicaid and 20 million that had insurance through jobs now don't have insurance.

It costs a lot of money and makes it illegal to not buy health insurance. Before Obamacare you could vouch to not have health insurance and save some money if you are healthy, now you will need to buy health insurance or end up paying a large fine

Because, we have this thing called a Constitution, and right now, things that are Constitutional RIGHTS are being treated as if they have no place in America while things that are privileges are being FORCED on us as they would be in a socialist country.

4 things are strange.
1) the guy talking about canda and waiting
yes you may wait but you will still treated imidiately if your an emergency so i dont see the problem
2) People talk about "private" blabla which from my point of view is bull**** since medical threatment is not optional once you need it you get emotional and desperate which is the point where "free markets" have problems
3) All the people here talking about the costs ignoring one big fact, if someone has no insurance he will get emergency treatment anyhow and he will eventually pay nothing how is that better than forcing everybody to get what everybody needs anyhow?
4) "we donct cover this - donct cover that" is especially something that does not ocure when you ahve universal healtcare

Simply because I don't like violence and coercion. It really is that simple. I resent the fact that other people think they can get 51% of people to vote violence onto me. It's criminal in the same way any other force fraud or coercion is.
…we have not spent the last 65 million or so years finely honing our physiology to watch Oprah. Like it or not, we are the product of a very long process of adaptation to a harsh physical existence, and the past couple centuries of comparative ease and plenty are not enough time to change our genome. We humans are at our best when our existence mirrors, or at least simulates, the one we are still genetically adapted to live. And that is the purpose of exercise. - Mark Rippetoe

They care more about their luxury then helping a fellow man (these fellow men are mostly african-american, so they don't want to help them either possible because of racist traits)
