Hey there, after lurking these forums for quite a while, this is going to be my first post!
I´m 5´7 and 142, and i think i am too skinny to complete P90X, program that i completed half of it, first month and half of the second one.
Plus, i wanna look like a fitness model, nothing too bulky or big but still cut and muscular, for example, uh, Zyzz, something like it, dont go all Broh, cycle! Dont hate, please!
When setting up my account, i chose the Fitness model option and it told me that i had to get to 8% bodyfat and gain 30lb... So i guess P90X is a **** choice for me to do, considering that it´s basically a fat losing program with lots of cardio in it. What i wanted to do was to get to 8% finishing P90X, and then started bulking and gaining weight. I still have 100lb of iron discs to mount on dumbbells. I don´t wanna look like a bag of bones...

Please, i´ve got dumbbells and a bar, are there some home workouts that i can do, listed here on this forum, for guys like me?

You need to bulk bro, you don't have much bf. So start with a 200-500 calorie surplus. You can start off with your home gym but if you don't have much equipment you will eventually have to get a gym membership to make the best gains. Eat lots, lift heavy, and sleep. Read the stickies.
