How effective is the EC stack?

I have both caffeine + ephedrine pills but I've never taken either one. Is it worth trying the stack for appetite suppression? Went way over on my diet the last two days, needa get back on track and make up for it now.

How is it normally dosed? I think the caffeine pills are 200mg.

Dose according to hotnfit.com. Build up to a full dose, and do not take any other stims in conjunction with EC.

Well said.. but i wouldn't use ec just for appetite suppression.. it will do much much more.

Yea I'm on a cut too anyways so the added benefits will be great...is it safe to take as a teen? I'm pretty much 18...4 months away but still just wondering .

Ephedrine HCl or Ephedrine Sulfate. Shouldn't matter which

It's easier to buy in some states than others, but in NY, I just go to CVS/Walgreens/Walmart pharmacy counters and ask for Primatene or Bronkaid.

I took Primatene and caffeine for 1 1/2 weeks, and I lost 8 lbs. Went from 192 - 184. But since I have MEPS on the 15th of Janaury, I had to get off it before they take my urine test. It works, and if you follow the website about the EC Stack Dosing you'll be fine. Probably go back on it again once I finish MEPS lol.

Very effective at burning fat as well as appetite suppression; As per above, Hotnfit.com outlines the approach very well

Very effective esp on full dose. U barely get hungry. Sometimes gota force urself to eat. Do however follow the instructions on dosage and listen to your body.
