I'm a 19 year old male and I've been working out with personal trainers since last October and I still don't look like a randy orton or dwayne Johnson or Batista. I have a really crappy diet . I eat lots of chips, chocolate, fast food, donuts, ice cream, drink loads of Gatorade, loads of soda, and candy, pizza and indian food.I still get some crazy urges to eat junk. Anyways I pay my trainer $210/month and I'm not happy with my body.
