    Beginner workout

    I've been lifting for 6 months and a half without any specific diet or training. I just hit the gym and eat what I wanted. I now want to bulk and I'm following HST training ( see HST for dummies stcky thread [i cant post links] ) but I feel like my abs aren't growing... so my questions are two:
    is HST good for me? do you suggest any abs routine to make them grow?

    wish i had solid advice for you but all i can say is do heavy compound exercises that engage your core eat alot gain muscle and abs will grow, obviously you could always assist with weighted crunches and hanging leg lifts. but food time weights will get you there..

    For the HST routine i do bench press, squat, deadlift, shoulder press, pull ups, dips and bent over bb rows
