Im on my 4th week of Starting strength. I dont know what it is but seems like after each workout with the over head press i have to decrease weight. I started with the bar. It was to light next workout moved up to 70 lbs was still not enough for me get a good workout in moved up to 90 seemed good. Next time couldnt get over 85 lbs. Should i start with OHP in my routine? I normally start with squating. I feel everything is progressing well but the ohp/military press. should I just work from bar again and move up on a weekly increase or add 5lbs each workout?
Workout A
Squat 165(currently)
bench press 125(currently)
bent over rows 130(currently)
Shrugs 180
calf raises 235
Workout B
Squats
OHP-85 (currently)
Deadlift-190
shrug
calf raises
Thanks for any and all help.

you moved from the bar to 70, then to 90???
thats crazy. Should have went up 5 lbs per workout MAX. You will stall in no time on SS like you're doing.
OHP will likely progress much slower than the other lifts anyway.----------start -------------- current
squat---135x5----------------265x5
bench---135x1---------------230x1, 195x5
dead----155x5---------------325x1, 305x5

dips-----BWx14------------ +80x5

db row---55x8---------------100x7
inc DB press------45x5------80x3, 75x7
