Glycergrow + Hemavol?
Do I need hemavol if I have glycergrow and vice versa?

If you want epic pumps then go with both as it'll make your Hemavol last longer if you use 1 scoop of that and 1 serving (3 scoops) of Glycergrow. Also Glycergrow is really inexpensive (120 full serving for less than $27) and it's stackable with everything. Also you wouldn't know if it's overkill until you actually used it as I have tried it before as I'm a pump junkie and the pump is ridiculous.

i believe that hemavol does contain GMS. But im not sure how much compared to GG.
