Sometimes if I completely relax my belly it looks round and like I'm 5 months into my pregnancy. It's not all fat. I'm fairly in shape and around 15% bodyfat.
So far I tried taking bacteria pills, anti-gas pills and avoiding wheat or dairy. If I fast for a day I look very thin.

A caloric deficit is the only thing that will help you lose your gut. A fat burner such as HydroxyCut Hardcore Elite will help with energy and appetite suppression.

You may have high estrogen and holding on to more water weight than normal, thus you are bloated during day/night but thin upon waking after fasting over night.
If no insurance, get the female hormone panel through private md labs. Only $50 with the coupon codes that can be found on site and in their news letter.

The main challenge with this situation is nutrition. You are going to have to know nutrition and get in there and get the body fat off. For starters are you counting your calories and if not start counting them everyday. find your baseline and adjust from there. as a simple rule of thumb without knowing your body, 1-1.5 grams protein per pound of body weight, depending how low or high your carbs are, the lower carbs are the more you bring protein up because carbohydrates are muscle sparing. In addition fat needs to be kept low during this time , one gram of fat =9 calories and it puts the most calories on you. (fat also helps keep natural testosterone levels up and ill address this later) I recommend the book "championship bodybuilding" by Chris Aceto.
as far as supplements, there are many. One thing I said earlier is hard dieting causes testosterone levels to drop and D-Aspartic Acid is very useful during this time. Another must have when hard dieting in my opinion is a good eneregy supplement like the ec stack, caffiene, turbo stix-yummm, and /or a preworkout , like Maniac and you can combine these two.
are you taking in lots of dairy? are you lactose intolerant? I am probally 30-40 % lactose intolerant , if I had to guess.
something AI Sports nutrition has is NO Whey protein and I find when i drink too much milk it causes bloating and when I drink No whey, which comprises of pea and rice protein, no bloating, so this would be something that could help bring the stomach in.
The thing to remember is to use these tools one at a time and it takes patience
when you first start off ajust your diet and wait two weeks and see how you respond
when you stall maybe add in cardio and separate it 6-8 hours from weights , see how you respond
lower carbs and up protein , see how you respond in two weeks
there are so many things you can do to find what works for you at the time
it all takes practice and learning your own bodyLast edited by JohnSmeton; 06-24-2013 at 08:12 PM.

I would honestly say to keep up with a higher-strength probiotic (15+ billion CFU's), keeping fiber up, and perhaps trying to avoid certain intolerances, just as you are, while keeping yourself in a calorie deficit
