Just finished up Xmas Lunch, thought id post some pics.
Some treats on the coffee table, Short Bread dipped in Chocolate and Rocky Road...NOMNOMOM. Mixed nuts in the background too.
Spinach and Roast Pumpkin Salad with Fetta, roast capcicum and cous cous type balls (not sure actual name, they are like bigger versions of cous cous)
Cottage Cheese and Spinach Quiche...SO NICE!!!
Garden Salad....mmmm Avocado
My plate. Turkey, Roast Potatoes, Spinach/Pumpkin Salad, Turkey Stuffing and 2 pieces of turkish bread. After that, had another serving of potatoes, turkey and then some cottage cheese quiche and then had big serve of garden salad and more bread. God never been this full in my life lol....still got dinner and dessert to go!
More pics to come after Dinner + Dessert. Hope everyone is enjoying their day!

Dat feel when there was no time to take photos cos you completely destroyed all the food. My mum took pics so I'll hopefully show you guys some traditional Italian food. Probably hit the 5,000 calorie mark. Not by best effort but haven't stopped eating since yesterday. Lol.

No family Christmas meal this year as my mum's in chemotherapy and two of the side effects have been loss of taste buds and loads of mouth ulcers. Eating loads of nice stuff in front of her would be a phenomenally dickish thing to do, so we're waiting until she's better.
So jealous of you guys right now! For some reason still in on this thread just to torture myself with the food porn haha.

More eats....didn't take any Dinner pics because I literally only ate a salad and some chicken....i am that fukin full and bloated im over food LOL.
Here is a dessert me and mum made...its actually a Jaime Oliver dessert recipe.
Xmas Panettone Ice cream Pudding (google it for recipe if interested).
Basically it's a layer of Panettone, covered with raspberry jam, then a layer of vanilla ice cream, followed by glaca fruit, frozen raspberries, almonds then another layer of ice cream and more panettone to cover it. After taken out of the freezer, melted chocolate is poured over it and it sets. Quite tasty!

Feel like ive eaten enough food for a month.....probably going to go low carb for the rest of the week and double up on cardio lol.
Estimated daily calorie intake = 6-8,000 cal.....probably more closer to the 8k side....probably even hit 10,000 idnno i just ate that much shiit lol. Not a single macro was counted that day.Last edited by KouRon; 12-25-2012 at 04:39 AM.
