I'm getting close to that PR for chins too! Did 100 chin ups today over 9 sets (maxed out at 23 for the first set). Definitely want to see how many I could get after a month of Versa-1
And I was talking about the day winners are chosen for this promo haha. Looking forward for tomorrow to see if I'm able to grab one of these. I'll definitely sign up for the IC to get the early release (have to see if it's in my budget first haha)

Can't wait for the winners to be announced. I love setting PR's and with another bottle of VERSA 1 I will get to 110 on the dumbbell bench press. I was doing a set of 10 with 100 lb dumbbells when I was at 150 lbs so I'm sure I will be able to get to 110 lbs soon!

Ok this is a little odd for pr but for my training it makes sense. I'm trying to gain to 170 lb training weight. Want to bench 115 lb dumb bells from 105's currently, squat 315 from 265. My traing my main PR is in my triathlon I want to swim my 600 in 9:30 bike 15 miles in 38 mins and run my 5k in under 20 mins. I need to build my muscle up so I don't break myself down. I'm ready to log it and log my training and race results as well. Can't go wrong with me as a test subject. Look at how far I've come in just 1 year being over 60lbs lighter! In it to win!

Just here to ^BUMP my original entry and add to it. I've been able to bench 225 for 12 reps when I was only 150 lbs. So now I want to get to 300 for 8-10 reps. And I want to just keep gaining mass. USP you have to hook me up. I need to reach my goal of becoming an absolute genetic freak like this guy:

In many cases this is true, however I've seen some small guys put up HUGE weight with the right training and technique.

No need for the apology. You must just be misinformed. Size doesn't always equate to strength. I've always been able to bench more than my weight ever since I was in high school. Yes I use full range of motion but I haven't done it in about 2 months because I'm now using the Solo HRT program which calls for lighter loads due to the negative reps on the end of each set.
