If I had to make a Christmas Wishlist, my PRs would be a 405lb deadlift (I am ever so close to this right now!!!!), a 395lb squat (below parallel, obviously), and a 285lb Bench Press (very close to this as well!), and I don't know why because it is a major compound lift, the but often overlooked military press, I would be thrilled to be able to have a 185 MP 1MR!!!!!

This year I wish Santa to give me Versa-1 and help me reach 80 pound db shoulder presses.
And to be able to run 2 miles under 17 minutes. I can only run around 10 mins non stop right now and I can only run 1 mile in 17 mins. I need 2 miles under 17 mins for when I join the National Guard. I know USP Labs products are solid and never disappoint so I know Versa-1 will help me get there!

I'd ask for a new PR, and continued PR's, on my seated shoulder presses. My shoulders are one of my weaker bodyparts and I've been working hard to improve on my overhead presses. If I could work up to hitting good, clean reps with 90's, I'd be stoked! I'd have a long way to go to hit it, but my determination to get there won't allow me to come up short. And even if I never get up to the 90's, I'll still shoot to improve and make as many strides in the right direction as I can.

Looks like a solid product with some good initial reviews out there.
Would love to hit these PR's in he next year (or sooner):
DL: 500x3
Squat: 405x3
Bench: 315x5
The 405 squat is probably the most lofty of the 3 but I have hit 365x5 pretty consistently so it is still in reach!
Good luck all and thanks for the sweet opportunity USP.

There are so many PR's I am shooting for this year, but the one that is within reach would be the Hammer Strength Row. I am shooting for 6 plates a side for 10 reps. This would max out the machine with no more room for any plates. Currently, I can do 5 plates for 10 reps and 6 plates for 4. It will be mine this year!

Great entries so far! Let's keep this rolling...there's still a couple of days left!
Thanks TT. Your log as well as the others are a true testament to the effectiveness and VERSAtility of VERSA-1!

Just here to ^BUMP my original entry and add to it. I've been able to bench 225 for 12 reps when I was only 150 lbs. So now I want to get to 300 for 8-10 reps. And I want to just keep gaining mass. USP you have to hook me up. I need to reach my goal of becoming an absolute genetic freak like this guy:

PR's? I'd definitely like to break my long standing 1MR bench PR of 250lbs. Other than that, I'd just like to break a PR every two or so for squats. I wasn't able to do them until a little over a month ago due to a back injury. Hit 185lbs 6 times two weeks ago, which is nothing to brag about, but for the condition of my back, it works for me. One step at a time, I'm still young.
