So I've been cutting for 3.5 months or so. 200 down to 169, looking alright at 12%. But I really want to lose these last 7-10 lbs and get to 8%. These past few days have been pretty much impossible to stay at 1500 cals I've been having serious benge urges. What do you guys think of going 1900 cals for a week and then dropping back to 1500 and get real serious about this final push. Do you think it will even help ? And do you think I'll gain or just kind of maintain.

is your TDEE that low that you need 1500 cals to cut? how much weight are you losing a week? going 400 cals extra is pointless, if you need to take a break then take one if it will help. If you gain weight at 1900 cals then you have some hormone issues.
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

I really don't know, I don't check the scale regularly. Easily a pound or two a week. And lately every week I see noticeable differences while working, new veins and fibers I phucking love the progress I'm making. But damn the cravings been killing me this week.

Once you get close to the single digit body fat, its best to take the cut slow. Bump the cals up to 1900, and use the scale to help adjust your calorie intake so that you just lose 1lb per week. This way you are more likely to preserve muscle mass, and it will help with the binge cravings. Do some carb cycling, and IF. Does wonders for my cravings when cutting.
