Boom
Got on scale this morning to see if I made prgress int he right direction this week. Officially left the 360's! Been eating a ton of fruit and veggies this week. Stocked up @ Aldi and eat giant meals, but have hardly any calories since 90% of the meal is veggies or fruit. After having a few weeks of progress the wrong way, I was worried to get to my goal of 325 by the end of April, started feeling like 85lbs in 4 1/2 months was too much, but now I'm back on track and I will hit that number. Def gonna join the next comp on here, but hopefully win the next one. Good Job Osbornezo on all your success so far. I may not be able to catch you this time, but next time nobody is gonna beat me :-)

Congratulations to all you guys that are hitting your targets! That is inspirational.
I just thought I would share my latest accidental discovery of something that tastes good. Carrots soaked in pickle juice.
OMG Ozzy! You are only 17? That blows me away! So happy that you have taken control of your eating habits and have decided to live healthy. That's awesome!Last edited by ShapingUp; 03-16-2013 at 12:07 PM.

190lbs for now but I'll probably have to go down to somewhere around 180. Even if I'm not lean by 180, I'm bulking anyway.
Edit: Started logging everything out in Excel a while back, I'm right on my 2lbs per week target so far. I should hit 190 by the end of May if I can keep it up at this rate.

@Sideways: congrats on the continued motivation. Your consistency in the long term is going pay off huge! Keep it up mang!
@Matman: hitting your original long term milestone is a huge accomplishment! I understand that bittersweet feeling all too well of not looking how you thought you would when you hit that number, but you're on cruise control now and will be bulking before you know it. Great work.
@cunfewzed: 170s! Dang. You are real close to finishing your cut. Im jelly. Ur gonna be upping your cals before me. What do you think you'll be bulking at? Calorie wise. I was thinking of recomping for a couple months over the summer before bulking with a -20/+20 rest/workout day kind of a setup. What are ur plans?

Thought about +20 -20 but I'm still making moderate gains even in this cut. I'm hoping lifts will continually improve at maintenance and then skyrocket once I hit lean bulk stage.

Girlfriend took me to get some new jeans today, not allowed them till my birthday in 3 weeks. SO i was size 38" and sometimes even 40" at the start of this competition, as of today i'm size 34"!!! One of the pairs are slightly tight though but i'm sooo stoked! 3 Weeks till my birthday and im going to make sure they are almost too big for me by then!

Big week for me, down to 233.2 for a 4lb loss. This is officially the lightest I have ever weighed that I can remember. Most likely since jr. High or even possibly grade school. I also took my measurements today for the first time in a month a d everything that was supposed to go down did. Including 3.5 off waist and hips and almost 3 off my chest so things are going great. Congrats to all who are still in it and losing!

Awesome job Curjo!!! those are some big #'s!
Came in at 358.8, so around a 5lb loss. I'm happy with that. Also made progress in clothing. Was able to buy a pair of 2xl athletic shorts and them fit, and to make it even better, it's an article of clothing i was able to buy in a regular ol' clothing store. Didn't have to order them online or go to a specialty fatty store. It's the little things.
We now have 2 weeks to go, and there's just a few of us left. Hopefully we won't lose anyone this week, and we all had great numbers!Highest 415 -- Lowest 8 (July 84) -- Current 343.7

Around the same for me this week, however I had a huge cheat meal last night being I went to a party for UFC. Pizza/wings/beer etc. Hopefully a big loss this week. I expected to have a little cheat day last night because of that so I'm not that bothered, I have the motivation to jump right back on so I'm ready to lose a lot this week
Congrats everybody who's still in and losing big!- Dave

Up 3 lbs this morning but not too worried, tracking the weight daily in the last two weeks showed me it can fluctuate even more from day to day but the overall trend is downward and I lost a clothing size, so overall content and happy. Cleaning out the winter/spring wardrobe this week from the "No longer fit me because they are too big" items was a great confidence booster.
Loved reading about the progress and lowest weights reached by so many this week! Good job!

Good day everyone! Ugh I've been absent, really need to be here more. Congrats for all the progress and sticking around. I'll be here next challenge.
Just been eeking out some lbs here and there and still counting everything.
Looking for a big finish so I'm starting Induction today. I'm not overly familiar with Keto or PSMF but I think they aren't very far off from Atkins. Gotta go with what's familiar for now as we don't have much time left in the challenge. Then for April 1st I'll start adding back the daily carb count and adjusting for consistent losses. I really don't even know what that number is right now because last time I determined it I was 60 lbs heavier. Previous to this challenge, most of my losses have been attributed to my Atkins hack job lol or as I like to call it, modified Atkins.
Wishing everyone an awesome week, not much time left so push it!Goals:
