Finishing up the comp strong at 176. Great job all of you that stuck through to the end! I did not post here much, but did lurk a lot. You guys have been very inspiring and the comp helped me to stay on track every week. I started on this journey after Thxgiving last year and have lost an impressive 20lbs. from then. My health has improved and I have a lot more energy than before. Also making consistent progress on doing that first pullup Last PM sent for this comp and on to the next one. Thanks krete!

I started the comp at 272.6 and ended with 258.4. I'm not only happy that I lost weight, I'm also happy that I stuck with it. I did two competitions before and quit early each time due to frustration. I read the this thread almost every day and it helped me to succeed. Thanks for the motivation guys!

Looks like most of it came off your sides. I bet shirts don't give you a trapezoid shape anymore. **** I used to hate the trapezoid shape, lol. Admiring your dedication: 30lbs, that's a solid ****ing number.
So much this. Will get you on R/C, Sidewayz. I'm excited to see your progress in the next one.

Checking in for the last time. Finished the comp at 224.2 down 1.6 for the week. Started the comp at 252.0 and lost 27.8 lbs. quite happy with the result considering I've been cutting non stop since July 1st. Good luck to everyone heading to the next competition. Time for me to build some muscle. Here's my starting to ending pics. Sorry they're so big but I don't know how to scale them down on my phone.

Well done everyone who has stayed untill the end. I hope you have all met your goals as i surely have! A big thank you to Krete for creating this thread and thank you all for being a part of it. Without this thread i would still be where i was 3 months ago - a place i never want to return to! I hope to see many of you over in the next thread. For those that this was there last one, well done and good luck for your bulk or whatever you decide to do!

Thanks everyone for keeping me motivated. I look around these forums all the time but rarely post. I only lost 25 pounds in this competition but considering what i started at a year ago i figure my metabolism may have slowed down a bit. I did cheat big time today but i feel it was justified and i earned it. I want to also say great job to anyone who stayed with it no matter how much you lost the important thing is you didn't give up. Good job everyone and thank you guys for the motivation.

Great work everyone! I made it down from 176 to 156, and this thread/comp helped me stay consistent. Don't really have much room to go lower, need to basically recomp from here... so I guess you could say my goal has been reached and i'm on to the next challenge.
Will try to rep everyone who stuck it out, with my huge rep power.

200 > 187
I wanted to be closer to 180 but, had a bad couple week towards the end with the Flu and a Kidney Stone. Still, it's only a hiccup on my way to the next comp.
I think I might be lean enough to go fer dat 6 pack in the next comp.
Will post some picks tomorrow.
Good job with everyone who stayed till the end.

thanks. I'm getting really pissed off with clothes right now. I've been down to a 2x size for a couple months now, but you still see my moobs. it's frustrating. They aren't small or all muscle, then I wouldn't mind them being noticeable. But when they hang down low like that, it's embarrassing. Through all my photos the last year +, they just dont go away as quickly as my stomach has. I'm pretty convinced it's from the growth hormone I was on as a kid.
