Sure, creatine is great while cutting. I actually started it right when the competition started so going off of it for a few weeks at the end was perfect. I'll start back on it after the log I'm doing for Animal is done. Just lift heavy and often, hopefully I've been able to buck the trend and gained some lbm over these past 4 months, we'll see once I get the dexa scan done. Keep pushing!

Is it just me or has the 12 weeks totally flew in? I'm doing a split day in the gym tomorrow since two different friends want to go at different times, so I'm going to play about with rep ranges and sets, aswell as heavier and lighter weights. I'm thinking a light session in the morning for 3 higher rep sets then 5 sets of 5 for heavier weight in the evenings. We'll see how that goes, doubt I'll be doing a split day often.

wow, time sure flies. I'll probably clock out at 190 which is an 18 pound loss.
now also a size 34 and I was able to wear some 34 skinny jeans and have em fit nice and snug.
this is my second contest and will be entering the 3rd from April to Jun. Let's go!

I'm early but as I will be not around during Easter Sunday and I just wanted to record my final weight as of today. I weighed in at 211,8 this morning, meaning an overall loss of 12 lbs for me since 1st Jan and having reached my lowest weight since ... conscious weightloss efforts in my adult life. You guys have been a great inspiration and motivation for me during the last 3 months, and your example encourages me to want to do even better. Thank you so much for that! I'll be back next week to read your final results and hope to see those still working on their goals in the next competition and congratulations to everyone who has stuck with this for the last 3 months! Thank you for organizing this krete, I came to the forum as a New Year's resolution person and I think this thread was one of the main anchors that made me stick around.

Well done to everyone who's made it to the end, firing out reps later when I get on my laptop.
Started at 270, weighed in today at 235, extremely pleased with what can be done in 12 short weeks. Might do a week or two on maintenance cals then get back in the game81lbs down, 36 to go.
