Does anyone know if the cutoff time was time-zone specific? If so, then damn, missed it (PST vs EST) by an hour when I submitted yesterday at 10pm PST.
Oh well, still gonna tag along and track my own progress!

This 99x over. There are interesting studies too about how the receptors that affect drug addiction are the exact same as food cravings. I wrote a longer post about this but accidentally refreshed the page and it'd be too much effort. But yeah. Will power is everything. For some people, it's like kicking a habit, when it's been a habit all your life. Changing fundamental hardwiring.

Tournament Announcement
Hello all,
So I hope you have all gotten off to a good start. We've got quite a number of entrants this time. In fact, it's the most we've ever had. There is 152 of you total. Since I had to cap the competition off at 150, I decided to make a waiting list so that as people drop off, I can bring the people who submitted after we were full back in. That waiting list can be found here;

It is in order of who submitted PMs to me first, so first come first serve is the deal here. It's the order of how I got them when I downloaded the PMs, so don't yell at me, yell at BB.com if you think you submitted earlier
Alright guys, one last note. I'm not messing around when I say that if you miss this next submission you are off the list for good and I won't be taking any more submissions from you. So, DONT MISS THE DATE (1/6/13).
Also, another way to get the boot off the list is to not submit correctly. You must submit your NAME and WEIGHT in the SUBJECT line, or else I will ignore you and you will be removed from the list.
Normally I make exceptions, but with this many of you, I cannot. So do it right the first time or else you're gone. I'm sure the guys on the waiting list would appreciate you messing up so they can get in on this however

Time to whine. Ugh I hurt, feels like I been hit by a bus. Progress! lol
Day 3, on track with food, supps, workouts and not so much with water, hitting about the 8-24 oz range per day. I thought about a day off but it's too soon so I'll just do cardio today. Maybe treadmill or Zumba on Kinect with my daughter, she got it from Santa.
Glad to see so many are active in the thread and that we have some extras hanging out, it's all very motivating!Goals:

Go out right now and buy this. Best $5 I've ever spent. I used to drink about 20 oz each day, unless I was feeling inspired, then maybe a half gallon. I now drink well over a gallon and no longer have the water-skipping habit.
