Because I work 7 days a week, my only chances to hit the gym are M-Th nights at like 11pm or so. My gym has crap hours on Fri-Sun. And tonight I can't get there either. Figure i'll use the weekend as a reset, and get back at it Monday. I'm still planning on eating properly until then, but gymwise, it will have to wait.

We both have got a guaranteed 1st or 2nd place Go hard though make the most of the time you have where you can drop 5lbs in a week, unfortunately those days are over for me and its down to around a steady 2.2 lbs per week. It would be awesome to see you take 1st. My biggest competition is myself, either i can push myself or let myself go back to where i used to be. All the best for the remaining 9 days!!

In other news i decided to have a re-feed last night (silly timing i know). After having only a cheese and onion sandwich and lamb and vege which pushed me about 800 cals over my goal i felt sick. I actually cant even eat like i used to even if i wanted to. To me that is excellent as i know i will never binge or fall back into my old habits

Good job guys, I'm gonna bust my balls these next few days to try and get third, had a blinder of a week so far. Good eating and serious working out, already down a good bit on last week.

Oh good, thought I was alone there. Heard a good gym/running tune a few days ago, 'i could be the one' by avicii vs nicky Romero.

great week! All week I had a craving for Butter Lettuce I couldn't kill. So my main food all week was salad..always a good thing! I probably ate 9 heads between wednesday and friday. ha ha ha. Anyway, came in at 343.7!

Down to 67kg from 68.5kg over the last month. Starting to ease up a bit on the calorie deficit because people have been saying I'm getting too skinny. Not sure that I believe them, it feels like I still have a bit of fat on my pecs and around my belly button but they INSIST it is just skin.
