Sounds good man. Healthy competition is what it's all about. Iron sharpens iron!
I need to get my ass into the gym. I've used every excuse in my arsenal to avoid it for the past 14 months since getting a new job (and long hours) and I'm sick of it. This is exactly what I need to light that fire in my pajamas.Last edited by wings_unhinged; 12-29-2012 at 05:08 PM.

Sweet, cool to see you're still doing these krete77.
After a tough year full of emotional turmoil and really getting everything else in my life in check, I feel I'm finally in the best place I've ever been to be prepared to do one of these. So, let's bring it on. 2013 is my year.
I'll get a starting weight on Jan 1 - should likely be around 330.START: xxx.x | 10-6: xxx | 10-13: xxx | 10-20: xxx | 10-27: xxx | Month Total: xx

Tournament Announcement
Good evening all;
I've updated the spreadsheet tonight with all of the submissions I have received thus far. If your name does not appear on the spreadsheet, then you did not submit correctly. I'm not a stickler about the exact format (ie; just sending your name and a number will suffice), however if you do not put this info in the subject line then I will NOT read it. I can't go clicking through hundreds of PMs to get information. I need it all in the subject so I can download it all at once.
So please, make it easier on me, thanks.
As far as the submissions to come, please submit on Sundays. Anytime on Sundays will do. However, like I said in the original post of this thread, if you miss the first submission, you will be dropped permanently, no questions asked. I will simply ignore your PM. This is to separate the people who are serious and who aren't. Don't got the time to fart around with people who aren't serious. Obviously, if there is emergency situations, then I will allow it.
Also, if anyone has any suggestions for the spreadsheet please direct them my way.
Thanks.

Information submitted. Thanks again for running this!
I'm changing everything about myself starting today (well actually the day before yesterday). I've dropped all the booze, got a solid work out plan and started eating healthier. Since I got myself a new job, I've also changed around my wardrobe a lot. I'll be a completely new ME at the end of this competition.
Have fun all and hope everybody sticks with it.^^Former 300+lb Crew^^

Haven't really quit or given up yet, but I just haven't had the mental focus to stay with my diet for more than a day or two.
Good thing is I haven't put on any weight and all my shirts are fitting tighter through the shoulders, chest and upper back area so I must be doing something right.
Just need to get more focused on my nutrition so that my stomach gets smaller.
Starting from a little over 200 and I'd like to drop down to the 180s give or take by the spring.
I need to get my focus back and make this happen.Only Those Who Risk Going Too Far Can Possibly Find Out How Far One Can Go

I'd really like to join, but don't own a pair of scales. There are some at my gym, but I'm working away over the New Year so I won't be there again until 1/02. Can I take a guess based on my last known weight and just have it corrected based on my weight on the second and keep my eyes out for a set of scales in the mean time? Or does that rule me out?
