Congrats to all on the losses.
I had a pretty bad month. Started with surgery and was only back at the gym a week before I got the flu. Not giving up. Just have to work that much harder the next 2 months.Jun 1 - Aug 31 Transformation

I'm down another pound this week.
Here's a pic from my zero dark thirty leg workout Friday night. I'm at 219.5# here and need to drop another 36 pounds. It's going to be a long ass road!
I'd like to be close or under 200# before this current comp ends.
Keep up the great work people and Gratz on your progress so far.Eat, Sleep, Lift...Repeat!

Congratulations Everyone!
Congratulations everyone for keeping in the competition.
Also congratulations for everyone that has losses. i can't believe that it's been a month already and i've lost 10lbs. my goal was to lose 16lbs in 2months but that was started back in the middle of dec. now it's the end of jan & i'm 1.4lbs away from my goal! :O
well i guess i'll start my next goal soon after that! my next goal is to lose 10lbs in 8wks. i'm in the gym at least 5times wkly but it's all upper body & core workout. i only do what the physical therapist gives me for leg workouts.
we'll all get 2 where we wanna be as long as we keep going.
what doesn't defeat us isn't fallin down, it's not gettin back up that does.

I'm really down about my weight loss so far in 2013. I'm averaging 175 pounds in my 4th week which is the same average for week 1. I look leaner, I just wish the sh*t would show up on the damn scale. Really hoped to be averaging 170 pounds by february. I'm going to be cutting forever. So ****ing frustrating.

Down 5 lbs already into 4 weeks. I have been lifting heavy in the gym 5-6 days a week. Also managed to stay injury-free, which is not bad for a 37-yr old who sits on her butt all day at work. This is the lightest I have been in 3 years. Good job all of y'all that have made it so far: lets take it all the way and beyond

Had a great week, 5.2lbs down on last week, bit of a woosh since the last few weeks have been slow. Played some (american) football for the first time in a while today, had a few training sessions already but this week was the first kitted one with live scrimmage. Pre season has finally started properly.
Congrats to everyone who's still sticking with this, I was in the last one and the retention rate was much lower. Impressed with everyone who's still here.R.I.P urukhai29, sentinel3, AncientYouth.

Congrats to everyone who has stuck around !
My planned refeed turned un-planned comfort binge... It's just that my girlfriend told me that she won't be coming over to my place next weekend. She was supposed to come here this weekend and she couldn't so we were supposed to rearrange it to next weekend but.. We haven't seen each other in over a month and I really miss her.Pokemon X and Y crew FC: 5215-0470-3034 (X)

Actually am eating a little less protein lol. I'm in a 600 calorie deficit (some day more) and still not losing. Dunno wth unless my metabolism has slowed, or am building muscle, or am retaining water. I cut out carbs a few days before last weigh-in and lost 5lbs, but added carbs back in and went right back to where I was 2 weeks ago. Same deficit. Inb4 someone tells me I'm not counting right. I carefully read labels and use a scale. I get adequate fat and protein as well.

Official weigh in today is 199.4, putting me down 3.2 pounds since my weigh-in of 202.6 for the start.
This is the first week I've posted a loss as I gained a few pounds the last three weeks and was 206.4 last weekend.
Hoping to drop another 3-4 this week and continue this trend until I'm well into the 180s.
