Could be that. I already have all that, the half and half, and I have a ZMA supplement. Just haven't taken it in awhile.
Going from junk food to this extreme of a diet always does a number, both mentally and physically.
The worst part I hate the most is the mood swings.
I can deal with physical discomfort, hunger without too much problem.
What kills me is being happy one moment and then being completely under the weather the next for no apparent reason.
This is the hardest part for me to deal with more than anything else when I do these kinds of diets.Only Those Who Risk Going Too Far Can Possibly Find Out How Far One Can Go

Wow, at the risk of sounding judgemental, maybe this diet really isn't that good for you?
Also, i just found out peanut butter can be made from 100% peanuts! Mind Blowing! I've been spending £££ on the expensive stuff recently, going to start making my own versions, maybe even try out mixed nut or chocolate variants - such a risk taker!!Jan 1st - Apr 1st fat loss competition (Goal - 15-20 Lbs)

I REP BACK.
Everyone at BB constantly preaches meal timing is irrelevant. Then they religiously take a whey shake post-workout just to prove it.
Ketosis: Because initiating lipolysis during a cut is obviously a terrible thing.
Primal eating: Because cutting out processed foods is obviously a terrible thing.

PSMF Day 05
Day 01: 205.6#
Day 02: 204.2#
Day 03: 203.2#
Day 04: 201.6#
Day 05: 200.4#
Five pounds in five days. Even if it mostly water weight, still feels good.
First week I will have made any progress since the 1st of the year and the start of the competition.
Be nice to finally some positive changes for once instead of backpedaling in the other direction.
Feeling pretty good overall today compared to the last couple days. More alert and more energy even despite the fact that I didn't sleep well last night.
Going to try to get to bed early tonight to catch up on some extra sleep and see if that helps.
Heavy weight training day tomorrow which I'm really looking forward too.
The other thing I hate about these highly calorie restrictive nutrition programs is how much working out has to be tapered back in accordance with the food being eaten.
I'm like most people on this website where I enjoy working out five to six days per week even if my body doesn't need it to make progress.
It's just the simple act of going to the gym that makes me feel strong, empowered, and good about myself and the rest of my day.
I'm sure many other people on here can relate to that feeling.
Another day on track and just going through the motions for now.
Keep trucking.Only Those Who Risk Going Too Far Can Possibly Find Out How Far One Can Go

Thanks man. Appreciated.
Lot of different approaches. I'm doing a slightly modified version of Rapid Fat Loss that is easier for me to stick with personally.
Not that I'm against doing programs exactly the way they're supposed to be done but I like to sometimes tweak things so they work just a little bit smoother for me in the long run.
I'm not doing it because I really need to drop weight fast, but because every now and then I have to shock myself out of complacency.
I find it too easy to slip back into old habits and overtime these old habits and before I know it, the weight just slowly creeps back on again.
10 pounds might not seem like a lot in the grand scheme of where I've came from, but I've been down this road enough times to know that 5, even 10 pounds can quickly turn into much more if you're not careful.
Especially when you have lifelong issues with food that you have to deal with everyday no matter how strong you are or feel on any given day.
It's not that your word mean nothings, you tried it and it wasn't for you.
No one program is meant to be done by everyone and just because one thing works for one or several people doesn't mean it will work for you or everyone else.
A lot of people on here can eat moderate amounts of "junk food" during a cut and as long as they hit their calorie macros, they are successful.
I've tried doing that before and for a time it works, but before I know it, a moderate amount turns into a large pizza and a family size bag of skittles.
So we all have to experiment and find the program(s) that work for us, not anyone else.Only Those Who Risk Going Too Far Can Possibly Find Out How Far One Can Go
