I've actually seen a few studies / articles where it was stated that it could possibly be detrimental to ease of digestion eating so many meals in a day since your digestive system is constantly trying to break down and process new food...kind of like adding new oil to an engine without draining the old oil first. Will try to find the links.
EDIT: "Adds Naveed Sattar, professor of metabolic medicine at Glasgow University: 'Snacking gives us extra calories and the fact is, extra calories make us fat.'
But not only are snacks often highly calorific; eating all day also undermines our body's ability to burn off fat."
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/ar...-diabetes.html
"If we graze, then we are eating small meals every three to thee and a half hours. This can cause more insulin to be secreted just as insulin should be concluding its rounds. The pancreas has not had an opportunity to store up little packets of insulin and thus there is no phase I insulin secretion and thus your pancreas goes right to phase II. Unfortunately, because there is no phase I, the pancreas prolongs phase II which causes insulin to remain elevated for longer periods of time! The result is your body never gets into the fat burning zone."

PSMF Day 04
Day 01: 205.6#
Day 02: 204.2#
Day 03: 203.2#
Day 04: 201.6#
Really feeling a little run down and tired today.
Lack of carbs and calories takes it's toll.
Lifted earlier today. Still have all my strength and I felt good during my session, but I'm feeling the effects of so little food.
Gotta keep going. Weight is finally getting back down again and it feels good to be making headway again.

Definitely feeling the hurt today. Upped my leg press again to 290 (probably weak compared to some people here) and then finally added weighted squats back in. Safe to say my glutes are feeling it.
My weight is finally under the weight I started with on Sunday. I put my weight at 323 on Sunday, but Monday morning I was up to 326 despite not doing much that would up water weight on Sunday. But alas, down to 322 and have three more days to create a loss.START: xxx.x | 10-6: xxx | 10-13: xxx | 10-20: xxx | 10-27: xxx | Month Total: xx

Too late to join this, but good luck to everyone
I'm starting a cut as well, going to use bodybugg to measure claories burned (it really isn't as simple as BMR*factor, some days I'm 3000 some days I'm 5000) and trying a new strategy to my diet. I eat out every day, 1 2000 calorie meal at wendy's usually, can easily get the protein with their stuff and it just makes it so easy (isn't THAT expensive either, can make due with 10$ a day though I'm spoiled so it gets to 20 usually).
Only "problem" is the high sodium, like 4000mg, but hopefully I will be fine. Not preparing food has taken a huge load off my chest, and eating once a day frees up a lot of time.God is dead.

you're nit picking and obviously didn't read what constitutes the fat burning zone.
EDIT: In case you are unaware, you cannot store and burn fat at the same time. When insulin is present glucagon isn't, so the fat burning zone refers to when fat is being burned instead of stored.Last edited by missladyj; 01-24-2013 at 05:16 PM.

I hear ya on that. I'm the ECA stack right now.
Problem is I've cycled on it long enough that I don't really feel the stimulant or appetite suppressing effects hardly at all anymore.
It still gives me energy, but I'm not going to increase my dosage beyond what I'm at now just to give myself more of a boost.
Not sure that would be good for my heart or my health.
Thanks, not a lot to say at the moment except just grinding it out one day at a time.
I'm taking Opti-Men multivitamin atm, fish oil when I actually remember to take it, Vitamin C/D/E and Calcium.
I try to get most of my fiber from veggies, but I throw in a couple tablespoons of fiber powder with my daily protein shake and a few tablespoons of flaxmeal as well.
Helps keep everything moving from what I can tell.Only Those Who Risk Going Too Far Can Possibly Find Out How Far One Can Go

I have some OT on the way. I tried to cancel but fkn Amazon seller sent it anyways. I tried the Opti first cause it was a bit cheaper, less pills, and I didn't think I needed all the extra joint stuff. Once I finish the Opti, I'll start on the OT and be able to compare them side by side. That's a couple months away though.
You noticed some good things with OT?

Noticed very little, but with a MV I suppose that's to be expected.
I've noticed a lack of winter sickness. I've been as healthy as I've ever been in my life since I started it (not even a case of the sniffles despite the cold weather), joints make that cracking sound less often, and 'things' have been moving right along in the digestion department.
All that being said, I also started on OT at a time in my life when I've been eating better than ever (by far), exercising regularly, and am at my lowest BF% in quite a while. So maybe it's all the other stuff that is giving me the positive benefits. At the very least, OT hasn't hurt.
