I had a piece of cake on my birthday after 3 weeks of "clean" food. Man, I was so happy. I inhaled that thing with the biggest grin on my face.

It's worth it to keep your diet in check because you enjoy those "bad" foods so much more.

Thanks for the laugh. It's the kind of twisted logic that inspires me. And having been a bit over my daily calorie goal on 3 subsequent days I can defeinitely benefit from that inspiration! Need to be really good for rest of the week or I may be in trouble by Sunday.

    Keep going everyone!

Been trying to keep the diet in place this week. Hope to have a bit of a drop by Sunday.
Got to do a pretty good walk on Sunday but then then the weather has not been good for us in the Houston TX area. We are not used to cold & rain.. Now it’s just cold and misty… Plan is in the morning to go see our one week old granddaughter get my mom’s prescriptions then hit the trails for a few miles even if it’s cold just not wet.

Know what you mean man. I'm going ot brunch this sunday after my weigh in. Can't freakin wait haven't had a real cheat meal in a while. I think I'm going to eat some egg whites before I go to keep my appetite in check and then eat all my calories for the day in one single blaze of glory at brunch.

This, it's always something to be happy about :-) But I've been eating too many foods that provide little satiety at high calories... why do people have to be born and have birthdays? :-(

Going to FL for a week or so for work, won't be around for the weigh-in -- I will be sure to submit when I return (27th)!

    thanks!

I just kinda made it up with what I had in my fridge.

Diced an onion/pepper/mushrooms and some sundried tomatoes. Added olive oil and balsamic vinegar and a touch of water and let it simmer down. Then I added the cubed chicken and let it cook till it became saucy and served! Was really good! The macros I calculated were:

    600 Calories, 22 g Carbs 20 g Fat 94 g Protein

This is true, I know lots of people who feel they have eat something before hitting the the gym and one of them gets even a little light headed.

I've been thinking about maybe entering a BJJ tournament which is in 5 and half weeks. It just means I have to get under 163lbs by then. I'm just thinking about it nothing special, I sometimes start to think about entering a tournament and get stressed out and nervous. We'll see..

I was going off what someone else said I think, or it had just been a long day. I work with numbers all day n sometimes they tend to all run together..lol
Still have pretty painful cramps and various other things. I feel a little better currently though so I might be coming through the other side.

Damn, binged yesterday. A bag of chips containing 750 calories and I estimate another 1000 calories of sauce plus another dutch cookie of 160 cals plus a little bit of peanutbutter with butter and hagelslag (don't know the english translation) which I estimate together around 400.

And everything was going so well

Did some research and I am going to buy kwark (quark? cottage cheese?) Anyway, there's only 250 calories in 500ml of it and contains around 40 grams of proteďn. If I have that at home then I can eat that in the evenings so I don't have the tendency to binge. These things are very fulling.

Ah well, better do some damage control these coming days after yesterday lol.

I know it probably has something to do with dehydration due to illness (even though I have consumed my weight in water) but this morning I was under 400 and my shirt fitted a little better.

    Feelsgoodman.

Shame at least half of that will probably go right back on

I'm doing a 5 hour refeed once a week until I hit 15% BF, then maybe a full day refeed till about 10 - 11% BF. I pretty much just had pepsi max and coffee throughout the day until 5.30pm which was when I started my 5 hour refeed. I felt I should somewhat fast during the day, not sure if its beneficial or how I should do it.

This refeed recommendation is from 'A Guide to Flexible Eating' by Lyle McDonald.

    5.30pm - Start refeed
    6.45pm - Workout
    9pm - 2nd meal
    10.15pm - 3rd meal

Here are my macros for my refeed/day.

I'm a bit of a carbophobe. Even though I know carbs are not bad, theres this tendency that it might cause spillage and lead into fat gain for some reason. But according to the amount of calories, its still under my maintenance. My estimated TDEE is 2800~, again its only an estimate. So I'll see how I go.

It was fkn hard trying to eat all those carbs(panini and bagels). I feel absolutely stuffed atm. I'll see how I look in the morning. Whether I look sloppy and bloated or if I look full and leaner.

Been doing pretty well since the 1st as well. Havn't had a binge yet.
    Current: 15% BF

    Goal: 10 - 12% bodyfat.

    I rep back: <3
