Ooh, I should have pointed that out: the minimum protein I try to get in a day is 150g. If I hit 150g protein, I stop actively seeking out foods with protein. There's nothing wrong with going over your macros - sometimes I get 200g protein because I'm at a place where a lot of meat is served - I wouldn't do it consistently though. If one macro is too high, chances are another macro is suffering (either that, or you are eating too many calories). Luckily, our body doesn't operate strictly on a 24-hour period so doing it one day shouldn't be detrimental int he long run :-)

I myself am going to be approaching my lowest weight in years. I've been over 300 lbs since 9th grade, and it was all downhill from there. Hopefully I can hit under 300 next Sunday. I'm going to be so excited when it happens.- Dave

Went from 200 at my heaviest to ~165 now. Went from tight larges to squeezing into smalls when I want to show off :P. Tight size 36s to loose 32s. I didn't really change sizes till the bottom of that. Even now I still wear some of my larger sizes. You don't really want to spend so much money if you are still planning on dropping weight. Ross and thrift stores are your friend. I scope ut online specials(just bought a 99c polo shirt)
