Putting this here just for the record cuz I don't wanna be dropped, but I still think we should all PM too later. I imagine that krete will check sometime soon and after that we can submitYes I know I am fat and weak. I'm working on it.
I REP BACK.
Everyone at BB constantly preaches meal timing is irrelevant. Then they religiously take a whey shake post-workout just to prove it.
Ketosis: Because initiating lipolysis during a cut is obviously a terrible thing.
Primal eating: Because cutting out processed foods is obviously a terrible thing.

EXTREMELY happy with this. I thought I was going to be a lot higher than my initial weight, because that was my weight before the holidays, and I've been sick the last week without lifting. Going down that much while expecting to go up has my motivation through the roof. Enjoying a nice breakfast now- Dave

I'm in the same boat as a lot of other people, seems I've lost a ton of water weight. The good news is I know I'm losing some fat. I can feel those "marble like" fat deposits under my skin already. Sheesh, caloric deficit and 2-day split routine works wonders.
Down 5.4 pounds.

well, finally back on my way to getting to be where i wanna be. CONGRATS to EVERYONE so far. seeing some awesome week 1 numbers, proud of you guys
Stepped on the scale this morning and was pleasantly surprised to see a 217.0 on there, for a loss of 5.6 pounds. Before I took a break from my cut for 3-4 weeks i was at 213ish and wound up gaining 9+ back. I'll take it!

Real quick note guys;
Got about 20 emails stating my inbox was full. I just cleaned it out; for the people that didn't get a message back saying my inbox was full, I GOT YOUR PM. If you got am inbox full error, please resubmit to me.
Don't worry, I won't be dropping anyone this week. Not going to be as strict due to these inbox issues. Also, I'm not going to be taking submissions that are in this thread. You must PM me your weigh in. (I download them all at once).
Will report in later, hope you all had a good first week! Reps to the person who correctly guesses how many we lose this week.

I am one of the few that gained, (thank gawd I'm not the only one lol) so here is my strategy for Week 2:
Do 3 workouts
Eat more protein and less sugar
Drink more water and less alcohol
Track macros every day

Aiming for a 5 pound loss this coming week. Given that people half my size lost more than me this week I feel like that should be doable if I assume I have some water weight left to lose.
From tomorrow I'm going to stick to the diet strictly until the next weigh in to see what kind of result that yields as I spent more time off it than on this last week.
I should be able to manage it as I have no dates/outings planned that all but necessitate deviating from the plan.
The road to hell...though.

New wee new goals. I'm ashamed of only losing 2.2lbs.. when I saw the scale I was actually furious! Sure it's the first time i've been under 400 in years, however I should have lost more doing all the work in the gym and sticking to a diet. I've learned since that I was dieting wrong, So I hope to have a lot higher loss this next weigh in session.
Keep up the good work!Highest 415 -- Lowest 8 (July 84) -- Current 343.7
