Yum cutting dinner:
680g chicken breast
~300g broccoli
~300g carrots
2 tablespoon olive oil
salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes
@1100 cal (1955 for the day...2700ish maintenance...1850 daily goal)

OP, do I need to add 'week 1' into msg title or will you just know (by looking at dates/remembering etc)?
RoWdY_RuFf_BoY - 183lbs - FATLOSS COMP[2013] is fine?
Also, I normally don't go gym on Sunday and that's where I weigh myself, I went in today cause of work. I go from Mon - Fri normally. Is the weigh in every Sunday? It makes more sense to move weigh in to Monday since most people don't go gym on the weekend.
Anyway, seemed like a pretty good week for me. Started diet on Tuesday and could of lost slightly more but doesn't matter.
Still happy with 4lbs, most of it could of been water. Looking forward to another productive week!

Week 1: 263.7lbs/119.6kg
1.3lbs is fine with me, been really ill all week so no weight or cardio work done.
Hopefully we'll be well enough to actually work at losing it.
Hope you guys reach your goal eight this morning, if not then reevaluate where you may have gone wrong, and make good what went bad! Don't be disheartened!

Weighed in today at 204.8, not had the best week due to snacking on some sugary foods and a few pizza slices last night however im ready to go strict this week as motivation is through the roof!!

Wow went from 205.4lbs to 199.6lbs which means:
1) I miscalculated my initial weigh in.
2) My TEE is a lot higher than I think it is.
3) Im eating a lot less then I think I am.
Interesting. My calorie intake will be normalized this week(purposely went low calories the last 3 days in order to adjust for the new years holiday) so i wonder what the results will be.
