Although injured and going will have surgery soon so no workouts just diet.
Currently 157.
Goal is 140.:)

New member here, full of good intentions.
I have a lot of weight to lose so maybe this will provide a better catalyst than my own desire to sort myself out which, alas, tends to yield to my desire to drink ale and eat pizza.

Everyone at BB constantly preaches meal timing is irrelevant. Then they religiously take a whey shake post-workout just to prove it.
Ketosis: Because initiating lipolysis during a cut is obviously a terrible thing.
Primal eating: Because cutting out processed foods is obviously a terrible thing.

I joined your 3/1-7/1 competition, krete. I found some success, but I didn't stick around until the end. I'm going to do better this time around.
With the holidays behind me, I'm already on a new diet/routine 5 days before NYE, and there is a possibility of moving from 13-hour shifts at work to 10-hour shifts allowing for a gym routine. So I'm feeling confident.

Been dieting for 2 weeks but all the weight lost the first week gained it back on the second, I got 1 more month to lose 10 lbs Iam starting a bulk on february no matter what but Im gonna ty to arrive as lean as I can. Also We`re gonna travel to Paris now with my family for new year so I guess there's still weight to be gained.
2013 is gonna be THE YEAR!!!++ Positive Crew ++
