    Down 5lbs this week. Ate about 1200 cals yesterday to make up for a dinner that must have had way less calories than i though hence the rather large drop this week, unless my body still hasnt registered the amount of cream on the fruit salad yet haha

    So what do you ultimately have to do at this point?



    Finally down to under 210 don't remember the last time I was this low and now sure how much lower I want to go. Last summer at a football combine I benched 185 22 times when I weighed about 235. My goal is to bench my body weight 20 times so that way I look good and still have the strength. Once I hit 205 I'm going to go much slower at losing weight and focus on building my strength back up again.

    Same thing ive been doing. Diet and lift. Only difference is that 'slip ups' set me back significantly farther now than they used to so my consistency is crucial at this point.

    lol those aren't my goals.. just what will probably happen. My weight fluctuates 10 pounds on any given day depending on how much carbs I eat so it makes weigh-ins hit or miss.

    Looking leaner in the mirror though. Also, my strength went way up while working out the past few session. This is after a slow decline in strength since my cut started in December.

    Well, I'm at the bottom of the pile but not going anywhere. If we lose 4 more people this week I'll be last!

    I changed my strategy this week - increased calories and added back in carbs. I have been off carbs pretty much for about 3 years now - with plenty of binges to prove that its not a good idea. I was up and down during the week and ended up the same thanks to a box of chocolates that have been calling me since Christmas. I'm going to stick with my macros for one more week before changing anything.

    Floated for a fortnight, back on track now. Tried going a harder deficit, for whatever reason that ended up with me sticking to the plan less. Now I know my limits! Back onto what I kept up throughout January, hoping to see 176 next weekend. Fingers crossed...

    26 non submissions so far...i'm guessing we drop another 10 this week? bringing the total down to around 65 or so.. and with about 5 weeks left, i'm guessing we drop on average 4 a week, so thats another 20..so it looks like we will probably have about 45-50 remaining when it's all said and done.

    that ain't to bad! 26% retention rate would be the highest rate ever since i started these over a year ago
