So what do you ultimately have to do at this point?
Finally down to under 210 don't remember the last time I was this low and now sure how much lower I want to go. Last summer at a football combine I benched 185 22 times when I weighed about 235. My goal is to bench my body weight 20 times so that way I look good and still have the strength. Once I hit 205 I'm going to go much slower at losing weight and focus on building my strength back up again.

1.3 lost
Cut is going so smooth atm.. yet to stall in 9 weeks.. was really hoping for 2 lb's a week till lower teens but ill take anything i guess

Well, I'm at the bottom of the pile but not going anywhere. If we lose 4 more people this week I'll be last!
I changed my strategy this week - increased calories and added back in carbs. I have been off carbs pretty much for about 3 years now - with plenty of binges to prove that its not a good idea. I was up and down during the week and ended up the same thanks to a box of chocolates that have been calling me since Christmas. 26 non submissions so far...i'm guessing we drop another 10 this week? bringing the total down to around 65 or so.. and with about 5 weeks left, i'm guessing we drop on average 4 a week, so thats another 20..so it looks like we will probably have about 45-50 remaining when it's all said and done.
