Weighed in today at exactly 364.2lbs looks like i maintained for the week, it was a little messed up with a severe schedule change at work...went from working 2pm-11pm to a 6am - 2pm shift and my lady had a baby shower were there was pizza hut homemade wings, baked mac n cheese and a huge ass cake...but eh guess at least i maintained instead of gained

lmao. I haven't weighed myself since like last monday, out of curiousity I weighed myself today and I weigh 148 POUNDS!!! lmao last weigh in I was 133!!!!!
It's amazing how much glycogen, water, and just food weight can add to your weight. That's pretty weird how I started at 147 a month ago, now I'm 148, but I'm 5% bodyfat less. Oh well, I'm starting my second course of the crash diet tomorrow so I'll soon be like 130 hahaha. My log: Come tell me how weak I am:

Same weight as last week.
However, after stalling for 3 weeks, Waist measurement dropped a 1/4", so happy about that.
Good job to all that are still in this. Most of the "water weight" we had is gone and the rate of loss is drastically lower. Losing 1 to 2 pound a week is actually very good from this point on. It's all about being consistent with the smaller weight loss. I'm sure you guys all heard the "It's a marathon not a sprint".

Had a disastrous weekend myself. Actually, compared to how routine and adamant I was in November and December before I joined bb.com, I have been quite erroneous and inconsistent the past few weeks.
It's been tough with the cold weather and winter blues. Some days, it just seems that much more difficult. I've got a lot of motivation around me and the bigger picture so gonna get back on track this week.

Gained 1lb this week, setting me at 263. All good, had to increase my calories this week and for next, then cut them back little by little so I don't crash my metabolism again. ~4 months of eating a 1k deficit = Bad juju. No thanks to MFP saying that's what I should do to lose 2lbs/week. I have learned, and now I shall apply. Eating 20% deficit for another week (or 636 calorie deficit) and then dropping back down to the 1k deficit and see how it goes. I expect I'll add another pund or two this next week even though I am eating under my TEE, simply because of my extreme 4 month deficit.
Staying positive, everything is under control, or so I think!October 26, 2012 - 292lbs
Goal - October 26, 2013 - 190lbs

The issue I have is I didn't ease into a 1k deficit, I went right into it, and stayed there for ~4 months. The past month I've been teetering between 262-265, and normally at that point it's recommended you lower calories more, but I don't want to lower it any more since I'd only be eating about 1800cal a day if I did. So, I figure if I eat at a 20% deficit for two weeks then cut my cals back to where I had been eating I will begin losing weight fast like I did when I started. If there is some flaw in my logic, I would like to know, since I def don't wanna be wasting my time lol.

I bought some protein muffins, they arrived today. They are f'n delicious but 387 calories in each one, not really very cut friendly. I also bought like 5 protein shakers because I tend to use them as water bottles and I've lost every one I've ever owned.
Macros in them: 19g Protein 17g Fat 36g Carbs
I'm just being able to do pull ups, I think my first one was around 230lbs. Can do two or three now, feels great. I don't know how you can do 6 meals though. F dat ish.R.I.P urukhai29, sentinel3, AncientYouth.
