My favorite treat from yesterday was chocolate gravy for Christmas breakfast.
For those not familiar...it's warm, yummy, chocolate goodness that you pour over homemade biscuits. One of my favorite southern traditions!
My dad used to pore light molasses or honey over biscuit pieces. It's phenomenal.
And I promise to deliver on gingerbread church. I'm at families house in New Orleans and using my phone so don't know when I'll be able to, though I think our green ^ friend kicked my ass.

We are not real big on sweets so no baked goods to post. Plus I'm not a great baker anyway. We did make sous vide ribeye steaks yesterday for Christmas Eve dinner which (after removing from the sous vide cooker) we coated with rendered beef fat and seared with a blow torch to get a nice crust on them. Anytime I get to use my blow torch in the kitchen I personally consider it a win.
You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to dsm246 again.
