Eric has a very scientific diet in which he eats 6 meals a day, 4 of them consisting solely of oranges and bananas. And the week prior to maxing, he switches that to all 6 meals.
Not really. But that seems like something you could just make up and it would sound believable enough.

If you do reach a 405lbs max especially if your training style is catered towards bodybuilding and not powerlifting its still an impressive feat. It's 4 hundred freaking pounds. The guy in the video is potentially the absolute best in the world at what he does so I personally feel no shame or inadaquecy(did I spell that right?) knowing that my absolute personal best lifts wouldn't be good enough to fit within his warm ups.
