Around 295 at 189 lbs.
Bench Press - 225x18 // 275x8 // 330x1
Squat - 385x7 // 445x1
Overhead Press - 135x20 // 225x1
Deadlift - 385x11
Bodyweight OHP for reps!

Hit 160 for 3 on Sunday @ about 135 pounds. Not impressive at all but was good for me.
PR: Bench: 100kg x 1. Squat: 140kg x 1 Dead lift: 160kg x 1 (on my journey to 180kg)

Im happy with my stats but i know its not that good..
175 pds is my weight while my max bench is 225 atm.Currently on a cut.
Starting Weight: 180
Goal 9-10%
Best Lifts Last updated: 02/10/13
Bench: 235 1x1 *while cutting
Deadlift: 335 1x1 *while cutting
Squat: 265 1x2
Military Press: 135 1x3
Barbell Row: 205 1x5

Not that I fall into this group but...start by aiming for benching your bodyweight. Then just keep eating and keep benching.
The week after I had finished my cut and started eating more I added like 40 pounds to my bench from one chest day to the next. It's amazing what a caloric surplus does to your strength...obiviously.PR: Bench: 100kg x 1. Squat: 140kg x 1 Dead lift: 160kg x 1 (on my journey to 180kg)
