    Man im not gonna lie those figures are hard to believe. Regardless im going to believe you and say congratulations. That is a very impressive ratio. My bench at the moment is 235 and my weight is 160

    im 205 and 1rm is 355. but im tall. i have buddies my same build pushing as much as me but much shorter sitting at 170-190. being tall sucks for the weight to 1rm ratio game

    I get that a lot for some reason. I'm a pretty skinny/light person but I've always been able to lift heavy for my weight.

    Best I ever did was 305 for 2 reps when I was around 200 pounds... Kind of got weaker due to my 2nd ACL reconstruction and kind of got upset but I'm back at it again haha

    Yea, makes it hard for me to cut because I need all my strength playing defesivr line and pushing 250 to 300 lbs fatties, Im not allowed to pull moves on them all the time, gotta keep email off the line backers
