Six pack?
New*** here, In 8th grade I was I kinda chubby and then in high school I joined jrotc strength team and became a lot more strong and the leader and the carrier of the team, but my problem is that I can't get rid of my belly fat from my earlier years. I weigh 158/bench 165 and I'm 6 ft" exactly. I am also a senior in high school now and I wrestle varsity at 160 and no longer in jrotc. I have better than average endurance 10 miles in 1:20 hrs. I really just want to lose the fat off my stomach and build my six pack to look like a Greek god. I also want my arms to be pretty ripped. Pretty much every muscle on my upper body to be in peak performance.

To obtain abs you must lower your bodyfat to 12% or less.
So cardio man.
Start cutting.
Doesn't really matter what you do, you can bulk now get big and cut it later or cut it now and get fat from bulking later.
I may not be there yet, But i will get there.. One rep at a time.

Don't worry about abs, you're still in high school and I suggest being ripped as fuarkk come college, so just bulk for now and don't give a **** and over time cut a little extra till you hit like 8% bf

Diet is a very important factor man. Try dropping any soda you are drinking and lay off the Little Debbies. Diet is more important than lifting itself.

Sorry op but at 6 ft and 158 you will be looking more like a holocaust survivor than a Greek God.

Try doing Keto with a carb-up and weight lifting with hiit sessions 2 times a week, helped me lose 20lbs of fat.

You can get a 6 pack without doing cardio. Just count your calories, eat clean, and make sure you are at a consistent caloric deficit.
