    Cable Crunches

    Just did these for the first time.. amazing wow.

    120lbs, 3 sets of 20 reps

    I will start doing these with my planks.

    Can i train abs every day or every other day? thanks

    Personally I do abs every workout, hoping to one day have that perfect set of abs

    You can train them however you want.

    Imo though they're a muscle like any other & should be trained as such. If your routine dictates you hit each muscle twice a week then hit abs twice a week, if your routine dictates you hit each muscle once a week then hit abs once a week & so on.

    Having good abs is all about low bodyfat.

    true about the bodyfat, but some definition can be achieved even with slightly higher bodyfat, and working the core helps with other exercises too.

    Yep, slightly higher bodyfat but bodyfat is by far the most important thing.

    yeah.. well needless to say, I love this exercise.

    So I'll do it every other day.. should I add other ab workouts or is this and planks fine?

    I wouldn't personally. I'd train them less frequently but with an additional exercise or 2.

    You should get an ab wheel and do some rollouts with plates on your back. It is a killer exercise as well.
