Boom. Not the best workout, was feeling a bit tired but I got it done nonetheless. 2,5 x BW DL, yes thank you! Cost me a good amount of skin on my left hand, but that's the price you pay, lol.

Couldn't be arsed to do anything else after this. So I did some quick abs and some hyperextensions and called it a day.

Sometimes a "Not Doing A Jack Sh't" is the best approach. Especially when you lift quarter of ton like a boss!

Indeed it was - next goal is 260 kg, then 272,5 (600 lbs) and then its onwards to 300 kg. Thanks, ktj4l!
