I'm 16 years old, weigh 205 pounds, and I'm 6"3.
I workout 3-5 times a week for an hour to two.
I bought ISO Mass Xtreme Gainer*
And I want to know what kind of results I should expect with that?
Will it make me fat?
I just want to be able to know what I'm talking about if someone at the gym brings it up and you veterans know your supplements!
