I've been doing a 3-day split, twice a week for the past couple of months, a push/pull/legs routine..
Is this a good set up? Is doing a 1x per week better? for example;
Mon - chest/triceps
tues - quads
wed - back/biceps
thurs - shoulders
fri - hams
Basically I'm asking, what is the best setup for bodybuilding? I don't want to get ripped but I want to keep adding some muscular definition and so forth.
I know Arnie did 6 days a week (yeah I know, he was on roids, still tho)
