Before:
And yesterday morning:
Progress has been made
Need to work on abs a lot, apparent that squats and deadlifts are not enough.

for 151 you look really thick.
I've seen a few pictures of guys that eat no carbs for a week, then carb up like crazy to take really crazy vascularity pics. you might try and give that a shot, haha. Dieting for a few weeks or w/e is hard, but pictures last forever.-Rob

Carb pumps are great, every once and a while I will eat 150-250g a couple of hours before a workout. The pumps are insane and the workouts greatly improved. I hardly have the time to be able to eat that much though most of the time, but would highly recommend when people are at lower body fat to see how much of a difference it makes visually.

Tbh I don't have a diet, I don't really track macros either and only really try and aim for about 3000 cals.
I just guesstimate what I'm eating when I'm hungry, and try and keep protein relatively high.
I guess I would be hitting about 200-300g carbs but as I say I don't really stick to anything, just eat what I want when I'm hungry.

Use Db's with slow controlled negatives, I could never get a feel for BB and it hurt my shoulder.
Typically:
DB Flat: 4x8-12
DB Incline: 4x8-12
DB Flys: 3x10-15
Slow negatives again, but try and get really deep so use a light weight. It should really burn. I like to do them on a slight incline as well.
Dips: 3xBW
Cable Cross Overs: 2x8-12
