Great idea.. takes the "what if I'm out of shape" right out of the equation.
I figure a lot of people think their holding water when their really holding too much fat.. then their in for a rude awakening come showtime when they cut the water and their still out of shape.
Not to mention when your already in shape, the skin tightens more and more as you hold that condition for a long period. Too many people get in shape but only hold it for a little bit..
I was reading that there are fat set points just like there are muscle set points. You hold something long enough and the body has an easier time getting back there again.
