Man, u guys are cool as hell... haha thanks for the love and the support. Happy Holidays to yall! I gotta go to this damn family christmas dinner with all the good food and deserts and everything, and i cant have NONE! AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!! >:
When you come in peeled and with your best package yet then you'll be glad you skipped on some desserts. Good luck - know it sucks, but I'm excited to see what comes of it.
Work harder, smarter, and longer - overtraining is simply a state of mind.
Your narrow waist really sharpens your physique vs. the competition. A classic look with modern mass. I've made getting the V look a priority over the past two years...still working on it obviously. Haha.
He's been making dumbbells and barbells move up and down repetitiously.
I don't know if this falls into the category but I heard prostate isn't kept healthy if constant pressure is done on it, I heard it is one of issues for many bikers. Not sure if the pressure from heavy military press puts many pressure on prostate, but according to my personal experience, I think it does, if I sit straight on the bench instead of sitting like inclined bench manner (I can feel the pressure around my prostate if I am sitting vertically with heavy military press)
so what do yall think? 2 weeks from NY maintaining weight, versus 10 weeks out growing into show... i made this to back up my homey on MD, thought i would drop it off here.

you've pretty much matched your 2 weeks out conditioning and you're more than 2 months out. so now you get to eat more, put on more size, do less cardio, and suffer far less while bringing in a better package than your last contest win.
i dont know why more guys dont prep this way. i guess it takes discipline to stay lean and make offseason gains when you're not stepping on the gas, but if you can... well you're about to show us what happens when you can.

this is interesting.. looks almost the same but with like months to go.. i dont know how much a pro bodybuilder can change in 10 weeks.. but the from the transformations ive seen from guys like Levrone and Phil it looks promising.. cant wait to see some comparisons with other guys

dorian has spoken in detail about how he gained 20 pounds between 92 and 93, and it turned out to be a similar situation to this one. he'd be in shape 6 weeks out and in the past would just keep prepping as normal and would end up losing muscle because that's a long time to restrict your food when you're under 5% bodyfat. so in 93 when he was in shape 6 weeks out, he stopped doing cardio and ate more. not only did he not lose any more muscle, but he put on size going into the contest.
cedric has 10 weeks to do this....... in for results.
Looking very similar to last year at a week out already.. if you can put on a few more lbs between now and contest your golden... What you weighing in right now big Ced? If you don't mind sharing

"...that's the great virtue of the free market, of the private market. It enables people...who hate one another...who don't speak the same language...who would fight one another if they had the chance, to cooperate economically. We were able to deal with China when China was a communist state. Even though we thought that that was a terrible arrangement, we could still cooperate. And that's what markets enable people to do. They bring freedom with them."
