I had a chance to hold and compare both the HTC One and the Samsung S4. I think I will be leaning towards the One. I liked it more for feel and size. I'm not a critical phone aficionado so haters will hate and lovers will love. I will probably be a One user simply because I like it better. When my plan ends in two years who knows what we'll have to choose from. The wife liked the S4 better but that makes no difference to me

The camera, screen and build made it an easy choice for me.

Yeah it felt like a solid HTC phone much like my current EVO 4G. The Sense overlay didn't bother me and I'm sure I'll hack it sooner or later

I've never been a fan of Sense, but the latest version 5 is pretty decent

Have fun with that! My youngest daughter tried out for the cheer leading team at the high school. Tryouts have been all week. Found out last night she made the team. Great way to go in to high school. My middle daughter is at State right now with her Equestrian team ( OHSET ). Her and her mother have a very deep passion for horses.
