damn i want some of that venison.
really? damn man if we can just win the first playoff game, our guys will settle in and get it done.
the falcons are really motivated though because everybody know what happens if they lose their first playoff game again.
the guys are doing things a bit differently than last time. they are practicing hard on both off weeks, which is nice to hear. they should be pretty warm coming out. thank god this game is at home. that dome is going to be even more nuts than when peyton came to town early this year. never heard it so loud in my life.
we torched their defensive backfield last year with a poverty offensive coordinator, so im hoping that we can do even better. they have to bottle up Lynch and they will be fine. easier said than done though, but at least they have been pretty stout since our stud middle LB came back
seahawks lost Clemons last night and im wondering if they are flying back to seattle then traveling to atl. that doesnt seem like a great idea IMO. should be interesting
ooh you bought a deep fryer. man when we were in school, the roommates and I borroed a deep fryer from a friend for a superbowl party. he left it for a few weeks and we ended up frying everything lol. oreos, wings, twinkies, etc. food tastes so damn good out of a fryer. dont get too crazy lol***Gender Non-Committed***

I was squatting heavy (relatively, some of you *******s are beastly, so it really wasnt that much) and tweaked my knee. im sure i broke form. fck i just got motivated to keep upping the weight. i just hope that it is small. i only felt it when i went over to the hack squat and leg press. I dont feel it when i walk or anything.
i want maximum aestheticism when i break out the vnecks/shorts/flip flops this spring/summer***Gender Non-Committed***

random comment. you guys who have decent calves are fcking LUCKY. im assuming you dont need or even care to work them right? so you can just focus on other things. mine arent small, pretty proportionate, but not impressive, they are just there and dont stand out as an attribute so i really mash them up
i look at dudes calves all the time with all kinds of envy. although i count my blessings because some black dudes have sticks for calves. coincidently in high school these were the guys that could dunk a basketball with ease. i know i know, calves obviously dont play a huge roll in jumping ability. if so, asians would dominate the high jump and other competitions
my asian friends have sick calves
edit
did i really just write that much solely on "calves". wow it has to be the meds***Gender Non-Committed***

Dang bro are you alright?
Most likely you are squatting/leg pressing where your knees goes past your toes which is a no no for me since I have a bad left knee. Going past to your knees degrades the ligaments in time.
Try squatting next time using a smith machine putting your feet about a foot step infront of your legs. The lower you go on those the more you emphasize which targeted leg muscle group you'd like to develop. Below parallel more on hammies/glutes development, parallel with narrow stance more on outer sweep development. Toes slight pointing out with parallel stands more on the tear drop and inner thigh.
Try that and use less weight to begin which just to see how your knee feels.
LOL it's the stereotype for sure. I have decent calves but still not as impressive as I want them to be so I hit them hard twice a week.

lol man we had our annual meeting here at work a few weeks ago and we do personal introductions. yeah like 500 people have to stand up 1 by 1 and introduce themselves :\
but this one guy stood up and said, "Hi I'm ____ and im still fired up from that SEC championship game. come on man spike the ball, just spike the damn ball!"
it was hilarious because he was looking down AT the mic with his head shaking all pissed off. his voice even squeaked a little. so many lulz were had. you know youre in the south when somebody mentions the SEC championship at a corporate meeting. lmao***Gender Non-Committed***

Hang in there Big Fella.
No Jacksonville?
The single biggest time for calves is to stretch and pause at the bottom. Calves need a full range of motion and a good 1-2 second pause at the bottom. Reason is that the achilles tendon is a great shock absorber and is designed to return energy from a stretched position when you walk or run. To get good calf growth, you don't want your achilles tendon doing the work, so pause and let the kinetic energy de-load and then use the muscle to raise the leg. Slow contraction with a slow descent and a good pause will make a big difference. It's hard to win an argument with a smart person.
