    cell tech + mass tech?

Wondering if this will be a good combination?

Considering that mass tech contains about 10g creatine and cell tech contains about 5g or so.

Would it be safe to take the 15g creatine on a daily basis?

    Also another question about creatine:

Will the strenght gains go away when you stop taking them? Say you can bench 250lbs while taking creatine.

If you stop taking it for a good while, will i see a decrease in strenght ?

3-5grams of creatine mono is safer and better.

    Better in which way?

I want to get the mass tech due to it containing the 70g protein + 1k cals. Also has about 150g carbs so I'm guessing its good for macros.

I need solid advice from someone who knows about this.

Will it be a waste of $$$ to add the cell tech as the 10g creatine mono it has will be good enough?

I do have trouble meeting my daily calorie intake so I'm getting mass tech for sure.

Hard time hitting calories...hmmm wish I had that problem I usually go over, anyway instead of buying mass tech, make your own gainer, but a protein you like then mix with whole milk, ice cream, oats, peanut butter, fruit and so on

It will be cheaper plus you can change the taste daily if you want

As for Creatine you only need 3-5g like other guy said but more doesnt really mean its less effective or bad for you, I take 7.5g per day and I'm fine and I know many others on here take 10g+, so if you stick with mass tech and cell tech an get 10-15g of Creatine you will be fine but it's not needed

Thanks bro, and yeah man chicken breasts have less than 300 calories for 2 pieces, which id have to eat like 20 a day to get close to 3k cals. I need to be hitting at least 3,500 to bulk properly.

I was reading that cell tech contains a different form of creatine as well

Will these ingridients make a difference in my muscle growth at all?

    3.5g creatine mono
    *1.5g creatine hcl
    1g bcca
    1.5 g taurine/ L alanine
That's per serving but its recommended to do 2 servings for best results

It looks good to me but some people may want more or less in terms of what the ingredients are and amount of each, but for me it looks good

Just know that no matter how many supplements you take muscle mass and strength come from a strict diet and workout ethic so don't become to dependent on all these different supplements

You would be good with just the MassTech. The CellTech is good, just a waste of money in this instance.

These products prove for an interesting discussion. They are not of a low quality, as some may wish to imply. They are, however, unnecessarily expensive. Save your money, get yourself a quality, affordable monohydrate. As for a weight gainer, make your own. YOU control the macronutrients. They are also delicious, affordable, and convenient. Consider adding the following ingredients: milk, peanut / almond butter, olive oil [optional; flavorless], liquid egg whites [optional; flavorless], banana, berries [strawberry, blueberry, etc.], yogurt / ice cream, oats, etc. Things like cinnamon and vanilla extract will add flavor, as well.

    I follow this recipe:

    2 Cups Skim Milk
1/2 Cup Oats [Grind in coffee grinder]
    1 Banana
    2 Tablespoons Natural Almond Butter
    4 Ice Cubes
    1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt

    Blend. Top with cinnamon.

There is certainly no need to imply it is unsafe.
