I was 300+ back in August 2011, obviously I am still not in shape but I lost a year of the gym due to a car accident. I am down to 220 right now tho.
So much I hated about being fat, the way I felt when I looked in the mirror after a shower and just looked like a mess, I hated all the jokes people made towards me (friends always told me they were gonna buy me a bra for a birthday present). I hated going into the clothing stores I liked and looking at the bottom for those 2XL shirts and not finding anything, and having someone ask if I needed a size.
Everytime I was at the beach or in a pool.. hell even fully clothed, I felt like everyone was looking at me in disgust and talking about how fukin ugly I was. Also pictures.. I refused to let ANYONE take a picture of me, and any pictures I found of me I deleted.
Fuark I wanna lose even more weight now.. sadly I still have a lot of these feelings even tho I have come down in weight a lot and get compliments all the time.

i completely understand this, i was 316 for years and the jokes that people made were pretty horrible, felt like ****, super low confidence, heartburn like a bitch and lack of energy. im glad Ive lost weight but you just gotta keep moving forward till your @ your goal. don't surrender for anything less than what you deserve man, and if that means looking all ripped and what not, then so be it.... and don't forget that DER CELLTECH

People think they are funny making jokes like that and it just rolled off my back. I took every fukin joke straight to heart man, as beta as it sounds. Once in a while in the gym and I am pushing my limits.. I usually think of certain jokes and always helps me push that last rep

Was at 330 about 6 months ago. Hated the way I looked. Hated being out of breath just walking outside, sweating on my way to class, being stinky, being huge but weak, lack of confidence, lazy.
I've dropped about 50lbs and packed on some muskles. Now I'm at least decently strong for my size. Girls be mirin'. I've got a ways to go before I'm rocking a six pack, but I feel much better and look much better since losing. Just wish I would have started back in highschool. Wasted my facial aesthetics and height for most of my college years.

The worst part about being fat was being in denial about being fat until now I look back on the pictures and feel disappoint that I allowed myself to get that fat (dreamer bulk). I am proud that I realised one day how fat I was. I use pictures of my previous dreamer bulk to motivate myself never to get that fat.

Fuk man.. I always hear this and see the "Fat Mentality" of I am not fat etc... I never was like that for some reason, I knew how fukin big I was and hated it. I could just never find the motivation to eat clean and lift. Everytime I ate the burger or pizza I felt disgusting and kept telling myself not to.
Thank fuk I decided to change tho, I was heading down the path of 400+http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=167930303 - Luzz's Log

That feel when arms by your side and there's a lump of flab that extends from your chest to underneath your arm.
That feel when going clothes shopping and coming home without a t shirt because you hate how you look in everything.PC Master Race

I convinced myself that all the fat was muscle that I had gained during that nasty bulk. I also thought that during my cut starting at 102 KGs I would be shredded at 200 lbs or 91 KG, but I set myself up for disappoint. I put on so much fat, thought it was lean gains, but never realised how small I actually was. However, was elated to not be fat anymore! Now once I show people the before and after, they will not beleaf.

Thanks brah!! I was a fukin whale lol. I had a bad relationship end in June 2011.. moved home..sorta started at the gym and then I joined the misc in August(well lurked august joined september) and got all the ideas and help I needed to get srs about bettering myself.
Like I said in my first post.. sadly in December 2011 I was in a serious car accident and I lost a year due to a spinal injury.. got depressed cuz of it and lost the will to diet perfectly, but recently I have found the motivation again and been hitting the gym hard and eating better. After new years I am going back to a clean only diet and hopefully hit my goal of 180 by the end of Aprilhttp://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=167930303 - Luzz's Log

Never been chubby myself, started out skinny and got into weight lifting when I was 14. That being said, just read all 9 pages of this thread and hats off to all of you guys. Repped quite a few of you. Never realized the emotional turmoil that came along with the weight. Makes me see people who are bigger in a new light. Although, I have always been first to help any of my friends, never make fat jokes, etc.
Keep at it guys! Inspiring stuff![ ]Republican Party

The chaffing between my legs.
Sitting down and feeling my gut hang over and rest on my legs.
Lying down in bed and feel my belly just flop around and sag to the side.
****ing groce, was so disgusted with myself.
Knew I was chubby from dreamer bulking and drinking. Stepped on a scale and saw I was sitting at 205ish. All skinny fat so it was all around my belly, legs, lower back, and chest. Started riding my bike to work 3 miles each direction and dropped a lot of fat. Then about a year later started lifting. Felt so good to wear clothes that used to be snug and feel loose.Perpetual Bloat Crew
