Strong/good depth. Could only imagine how nearly 600 feels on your back, let alone coming out of the hole. Single ply guys dont do the wide stance? I dont really know the difference between how single/multiply guys train/perform the lifts.

Hes an amazing coach man, hes trained my buddy who holds the world record in all the lifts in the teens 181s since he was 15. Seriously insane.
I got some converses i might buy some olympic lifting shoes when i get the money

570 for 2 felt lighter than my 535 single its weird how it works. I think its all adrenaline
thanks, i rarely deadlift too I gotta get it up

Just don't be one of the people that defend their own weak lifting by bashing others in gear. When most people ask that question they are hoping that the raw numbers are less than their own so they can think they are the better lifter. Not saying that's what you're doing, just saying that's usually why it's asked.
