Is a separate intake of glutamine necessary if all my other supplements already have it included?

Unless your an endurance athlete or you are taking it for overall health you really do not need to take it as an extra supplement especially if you already have it in your current supps.
If you not feeling the burn your not pushing hard enough.

K awesome I was having this debate with a guy at work who doesn't even lift because he doesn't gave the time, but he has been researching all this for years. I didn't think I needed it and he was saying it was a must. Now I can show him this and he can go back to eating cheetos and drinking beer. Cheers
