My youngest Son ( 30, Phys-ed Teacher and Personal Trainer ), is staying with us for the holiday week.
That means workouts with Mr. Fitness..lol...he is really in such superb shape...
like many an original BB that veered towards fitness, he is bigger than the average fitness buff, but, seriously in such hard and perfect shape.
What is really interesting is his diet, as, he shoots for approximately TWICE the carbs that the does in Protein macros...and in his case, all natural type, or, organic carbs....there is very little junk in his diet, which is quite varied.
Being a little OCD, he is like clockwork with his meals and supps....
a good example of dedication if there ever were one...should be an interesting week doing workouts with him!

Working out with "Mr. Fitness"...lol....
Lift as MUCH as you can, for as MANY reps as you can,
while in complete control of the exercise.

this morning we did an arm workout together, and for me, this is unusual, but I have worked out now for 5 consecutive days, which is a rarity...
helps when you have someone pushing you, which I haven't had in quite some time....Lift as MUCH as you can, for as MANY reps as you can,
while in complete control of the exercise.
