20-30 minutes before my workout I take 2 scoops of PMD ACG3 and then after my workout I take PMD Amplify XL which has 41 grams or protein and a lot of other stuff. Usually after 30 minutes I take it I have to "use the bathroom". I am always worried that the protein is just going right through me and I'm just wasting money. Also sometimes after I take the ACG3 pre workout I go pee before I start my workout. Is that passing right through me too? Thanks for reading this.

Lactose intolerance ? When you go to the bathroom , your body does not expel the protein you just took , it is still in the stomach ... What happens is that lactose produces a laxative effect , which is what makes you run to the bathroom ... Dont worry , no food / supplement / nutrient "just going right through you" without the body absorbs much of it , or at least what it need . Another thing (completely different) would be if it makes you vomit ...
Fuack science! Show me what you can do under the bar. That's where it's at

Hey guys quick question. I'm trying to gain 15 pounds (from 185 to 200) in 6 moths and am 5'9. I eat as much as I can as frequent as possible.
Also I lift 4-5 days a week and have 2 months left
Then I'll be lifting 3 times a week and running/agility drills/hills/sprints/speed ladders 3-4 days a week. I said this to show my activity level.
Now obviously I know I'm not going to add 15 pounds of straight muscle in 6 months but of course I want as much of that 15 pounds, muscle.
My question is if I keep eating a lot and frequently will I be able to gain a somewhat healthy 15 pounds or should I go with a mass gainer? I know mass gainers are for really skinny guys with a ridiculously high metabolism and I'll admit that's not me.
Also if I can add more than 15 in that 6 months that'd be awesome but it's not a huge goal. I'll be really happy with 15
