    MuscleTech • Nano Vapor (Blue Raspberry) • Supplement Log



    Thank you to MuscleTechJake and the Guys over at MT for giving me this opportunity to log their product.




    I will be doing a detailed log on this product.
    During this log, I will go over the effects of this product before, during, and after my workouts. As well as the diet, and workout schedule that I maintain during the use of this particular supplement!

    So, let's get things started. A little bit about myself... I am a full time student at the University of Akron, pursing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems Networking (god help me). I have been working out steadily for about 8 months now. I used to only weight lift a few times a week until recently it's really help me relieve stress and make some killer gains! I used to weigh only 152 lbs, and I'm currently at 168. I live in Ohio, and it's cold as hell at the moment so I am not the most active but I do what I can. I also have not followed a strict diet until recently (this month). With all that said, I hope that you guys enjoy my log and watch me CRUSH some PR's of mine!

    This is my workout schedule as of now,

    Monday: Heavy Upper Body [Big weight • Low reps] (Flat Dumbbell Press, Bench, Cambered Bar Curls, etc.)
    Tuesday: Heavy Lower Body [Big weight • Low reps] (Squats, Stiff-legged Deadlifts, Lying Leg Curls, etc.)
    Wednesday: Rest
    Thursday: Light Back and Shoulders [Low weight • High reps] (Row, Row, Row your boat.....]
    Friday: Light Lower Body [Low weight • High reps] (Calf Raises, Leg Extensions, Squats, etc.)
    Saturday: Light Chest and Arms [Low weight • High reps] (Hammer Strength Chest Press, Preacher Curls, Spider Curls, Incline Dumbbell Press, etc.)
    Sunday: Rest

    I also like to incorporate 10-15 minutes weighted bag on light days. As well as 5-10 mins slow walk and a few minutes of jogging on leg days to warm up.

    This is roughly my current diet,

    10-11am: Shake, Depending on day
    11am-12pm: Bowl of Oats/Oatmeal/Bowl of Fruit/Eggs
    2-3pm: After Workout Shake
    3-5pm: Greek Yogurt/Low-fat Cottage Cheese/Various High protein snack
    6-7pm: High protein, Low-carb meal
    9-12pm: Usually have a healthy snack to appease my hunger, whatever I'm feeling.

    Meals vary, as well as the times do. This is just an average day for me. I will post specific meals during the month.

    - Light Back and Shoulders
    •Low Weight
    •High Reps


    Well, I had my first scoop of Nano Vapor today. Thanks to MuscleTech of course. It was so exhilarating to finally open the package, rip off the seal, and twist off the lid of my first log. I couldn't help but to think to myself, "Damn, this smells great!" (A lot better smelling then my last pre-workout, won't name any companies but it couldn't compare to Nano Vapor!) The powder was an odd color but that didn't throw me off. Read the directions, threw a scoop in my shaker cup, and BAM, it was like as if my blue raspberry snow cone had melted into my shaker cup. Tantalizing. Had a tint of green to it, but overall looked predominately blue. I was impressed at how well it mixed with very little residue leftover. Took a sip for an initial taste, and it was just like everyone said. Bomp pop. A little sweet for me, the one scoop to 4 oz. cold water ratio was off. I poured another 2 oz. of water and it was perfection! Very easy going down.

    Considering that I had only a small bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, I was already feeling a small rush after 10-15 mins.

    Made it to the gym, and I was ready to go!

    A lot of the machines were currently being used so I started with Upright Rows. Here is the order of my workout as follows.

    • Weighted Bag for 10 mins •

    Upright Rows • 2 Sets • [Warm-up] 10 reps @50, 70, 90lbs • [Set-1] 15 reps @ 120lbs • [Set-2] 13 reps @ 120lbs

    Bent-Over Rows • 6 Sets • [Warm-up] 10 reps @ 50 lbs. • [Set-1—4] 5 reps @ 80lbs • [Set-5—6] 3 reps @ 100lbs

    Closed Grip Pulldowns • 2 Sets • [Set-1] 20 reps @ 90 lbs • [Set-2] 15 reps @ 100lbs

    Side Lat Raise • 3 Sets • [Warm-up] 10 reps @ 60 lbs • [Set-1—2] 18-20 reps @ 90lbs • [Set-3] 15 reps @ 90lbs

    Seated Cable Rows • 3 Sets • [Set-1—3] 10 reps @ 140 lbs

    Seated Dumbbell Press • 3 Sets • [Set-1] 12 reps @ 60 lbs • [Set-2—3] 12,10 reps @ 60 lbs

    No PRs this time around. Not really a power day for me. Come Monday and Tuesday, I'm hoping to see some huge improvements!

    My after workout thoughts on MT Nano Vapor,

    Well, great first session for me. I had TONS of energy. I am definitely feeling the strength... and caffeine! Gave me some great pumps so far, which is very surprising this early on. Can't wait to see how it affects me on a Heavy day!

    Here's a close up look of the product. Unopening, Quality, and after mix. Looks great! Tastes great! Loving it so far. On my way to the gym now. Will update later tonight on how this leg day went.

    Is anyone following this thread so far? I know this product kind of had it's fair share of logs already, but please let me know if there is anything you would like to see new or differently in mine. It's my first so I'm new to it, and I'd love to make it as interesting as possible.

    I'm going to start posting any music that stood out to me during the workout as well. (I use Pandora generally) My genre's are Dubstep, House, Metal, and alternative. I do love some rap occasionally, though. Only when I'm doing dips, and pull ups, haha!

    -Light Lower Body/Leg Day
    •Low Weight
    •High Reps

    Really loving the Nano Vapor at this point. Took a double scoop today because I felt like my tolerance was a bit too much for one scoop. Wow! Results. I felt extremely energetic, and I had tons of stamina. Could of stayed at the gym all night doing legs. (I don't like doing legs much) Very impressed at this point from both the taste and effectiveness. I had two scoops with 12 oz of water and enjoyed it a lot.

    Today's Meals/Diet

    10am: Morning shake (2 scoop) • 12:30pm: Chicken breast sandwhich with whole grain buns • 3pm: Bowl of grapes, and one banana • 5:30pm: Baked Seasoned Chicken with Brown rice and broccoli •
    6:45pm: Greek Yogurt with Sliced Banana pieces • 10pm After Workout Shake (ON Whey 2 scoop)

    • 10 Mins of treadmill (5 mins walk, 5 mins jog) [Warm -up] •

    Squats • 6 Sets • [Warm-Up] 10 Reps @ 150 lbs • [Set-1—6] 4 Reps @ 185 lbs (Slow and controlled deep squats)

    Standing Calf Raises using Smith Machine • 2 Sets • [Warm-Up] 10 Reps @ 135 • [Set-1—2] 20 Reps @ 165

    Leg Press Machine • 2 Sets • [Warm-Up] 10 Reps @ 120 lbs • [Set-1—2] 15 Reps @ 155 lbs

    Seated Leg Curls • 2 Sets • [Sets-1—2] 20, 19 Reps @ 70 lbs

    Seated Leg Extension • 3 Sets • [Sets-1—2] 20 Reps @ 70 lbs • [Set-3] 18 Reps @ 70 lbs

    Romanian Deadlift • 3 Sets • [Warm-Up] 10 Reps 85 lbs • [Set-1—3] 12 Reps @ 135 lbs

    Pretty good low weight leg session today. Feeling ready for light chest and arms tomorrow, but I'm still awaiting the madness that will happen Monday. Marine friend is in town for the weekend, and promises me a good workout tomorrow. So we will see!!

    Another thing, I had incredible energy today! I felt Nano Vapor today, more than I did yesterday. I think 2 scoop range is good for me, but I'm going three Monday to see how it feels. Wish me Luck! and thanks to anyone who is following.

    Pretty good low weight leg session today. Feeling ready for light chest and arms tomorrow, but I'm still awaiting the madness that will happen Monday. Marine friend is in town for the weekend, and promises me a good workout tomorrow. So we will see!!

    Another thing, I had incredible energy today! I felt Nano Vapor today, more than I did yesterday. I think 2 scoop range is good for me, but I'm going three Monday to see how it feels. Wish me Luck! and thanks to anyone who is following.

    Yeah I got a pretty amount of energy just from 1 1/3 scoop lol.

    I have a VERY low stim tolerance though since I cycle pre-workouts often and I don't consume much coffee or energy drinks. Tend to stay away from it since I used to drink soda like it was water growing up.

    Well, I used to work this job at a factory and the hours were from 4 am - 3 pm. I used to have to drink energy drinks 1 - 2 a day just to stay awake because my girlfriend would keep me up until 12-1am. Eventually I crashed my car on the highway because I fell asleep on the road. Needless to say, I had a high stim tolerance. I am debating on staying at 1 1/2 - 2 scoops, though. I do feel like 3 would be over the top. I think that was just my workout adrenaline talking.

    So, I took my nano vapor and then it turns out I had stuff to do before my workout.. so I had to take care of some things and I ended up taking roughly 30-45 mins. I felt as if I was moving at the speed of light driving lol. It was pretty crazy to do everyday things on two scoops of nano vapor. Anyways, I made it to the gym and I was still very stimulated from the PWO. Got some AMAZING pumps today.

    Jeez man sorry to hear that.. I have only been in one fender bender and that was because my break line broke. Only was going 15-20 MPH so it wasn't any serious damage to either cars. Still a scary experience though that is for sure.

    Anyways good job on the workout bro!

    Do you do flat bench at all? Just wondering cause I seen you did the incline dumbbell bench but didn't see any flat exercises. What exactly is the Hammer Strength Chest Press?? Not sure If I know what machine that is lol.

    Thanks for pointing out my flat exercise! I like dumbbells I do flat bench on most mondays but this monday I wanna crush my flat DB press PR!!

    Hammer strength is a machine brand, and their chest press is sick! Its like DB press but mechanized. Allows for more control and less stability muscles to excel imo.

    But I broke 2 headphones in 2012 when putting heavy weights on my lap

    Lol no way!! im always afraid of that. Especially with max weight!! Going to be more careful now. While were on the topic of dumbbells... does your guys gym have neat/sorted dumbbells? Im so sick of how out of order the place I go to is.

    Thanks for the support, brah! Glad you like the log. Logistical application, you say? Haven't gotten into that yet but it sounds exciting! I'm more in the Networking aspect of the major, though. Routing/Servers/etc.
