    NSCA-CSCS - Key Charts / Info?

    I'm sure lots of you have passed the CSCS -- can anyone recommend key images / charts / numbers or any other facts to keep in mind.

    Hydration and eating dissorders are much bigger on the test than you'd expect. Other than that the thing most people mess up is athlete profiles. For instance

    Basketball player
    Bench reps- 10
    40 time- 5.3
    T-test- 7.5
    60 Second Situps- 60
    Vertical- 28

    Which of the following does he need the most work on:
    Lower body strength/power
    Local muscular endurance
    Upper body strength
    Agility

    ect. its not as hard as everyone claims, unfortunately
