40 time- 5.3
T-test- 7.5
60 Second Situps- 60
Vertical- 28
Which of the following does he need the most work on:
Lower body strength/power
Local muscular endurance
Upper body strength
Agility
ect. its not as hard as everyone claims, unfortunately
